| In the January 2015 holidays the NSW Department of Education and Communities released the long awaited Google Apps for Education suite to all students and teachers in NSW public schools. This suite includes a variety of tools that will benefit all students in and out of school: Docs/Drive With Google Docs/Drive, students can easily collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and slide-show presentations. Your docs are stored securely in the cloud where anyone you share them with (but only those people) can work on them—either individually or all at the same time. Great for:

To access Google Apps/Drive/Docs students simply need to go to any Google page and sign in at the top right with therefirstname.lastname*@education.nsw.gov.au credentials. This is the same account used to access the Internet, Student and Sentral Portals and emails. |
